Field Roast Grain Meat (Vegan) Sausages

Now that I am vegan, I actually thought I would never again get to eat one of the great comfort foods of my childhood - an Italian sausage hero. I was WRONG! The Field Roast sausages are GREAT! We buy ours at the Whole Foods market in Hadley, MA.
